Q: Are the pesticides Bio Bug uses safe for my family and pets?

A: When pesticides are properly applied they pose little or no risk to people and pets. Bio Bug technicians are trained to treat your pest problem effectively with low risk methods. An effective pest control program will minimize the amount of pesticides used in your living space. MSDS and labels are available upon request.

Q: Should I try using do it yourself pest control products before calling a professional?

A: While do-it-yourself products may appear to temporarily solve your problem, it is unlikely a homeowner will effectively treat many pest problems. Bio Bug technicians have the training and professional equipment to eliminate the pests in your home or business.

Q: Why do I need an onsite estimate to treat my ant problem?

A: Different types of ants require different types of treatment. Bio Bug provides free onsite estimates so that we may identify the pest, evaluate the structure, and determine the most effective treatment plan.

Q: I’m concerned about the use of pesticides in my home. Can my problem be solved without the use of pesticides?

A: By using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) we examine non-pesticide methods such as exclusion and sanitation to solve your pest problem. Some situations may be solved without using pesticides but these options are usually more time consuming and therefore more costly.

Q: Is Bio Bug service guaranteed?

A: Yes, Bio Bug offers a guarantee with all pest control services. Guarantees will vary depending on type of pest. Contact us - we will be happy to explain our guarantee for your particular pest problem.
